Crucial to the smooth running of a vending operation, our Operations team - some 55 people in total - are recognised as "the face of the company", and usually serve as your main point of contact with us.
The serious business of dispensing beverages, confectionery and food is covered by strict hygiene regulations. As such, all our operatives:

Are thoroughly inducted

Receive professional training in all aspects of Health & Safety and Hygiene

Wear a smart uniform and drive a liveried van to enable recognition.

Are recruited on grounds of flexibility, self motivation, a friendly attitude and a keen desire to satisfy customers
Several operatives become "honorary" employees of the company they provide a service to, and get invited to company events such as social functions and Christmas parties!
Most operatives are mobile, and visit their sites to a frequency determined equally by both the capacity and usage of the machines and hygiene factors. On site, our representatives complete the task of thoroughly cleaning and restocking products ensuring the machines are fully operational at all times. Easily accessible parts which suffer from wear and tear are replaced regularly.
As part of our quality control, regular site visits are made by senior operations staff to ensure high standards are maintained by continuous training of all our operatives. Operator assessment and retraining is continuous and thorough.
