As the amount you pay for a drinks service is very much determined by the volume of drinks dispensed by your machines, you need to have complete confidence in the controls we use to measure and monitor drinks throughput and monies collected.

Over the last two years we have successfully introduced a system (using hand held bar code readers) called Vendman - an integrated vending control system - which ensures virtually nothing is left uncounted and/or unaccounted for.

This system provides tight control of stock and cash by producing daily, weekly, or monthly audit trails. It can post cash on a daily, weekly or monthly basis according to your business needs - monitored against specific machines or operator routes. More than anything else however, it gives you reassurance - and our operatives confidence - in the systems we employ.

The cash sums collected through vending on the premises of many Northern Vending customers are considerable and need to be managed professionally and with a keen eye for all aspects of security to protect all parties. (With this in mind, several customers prefer to choose from a range of other payment systems including Freevend, card-operated systems, and tokens).

However, where cash-based systems are preferred, our fully operated service includes the collection of cash usually each week for sorting, counting and banking by our own staff. All machines are security deadlocked, and accurate records are kept of drink sales and monies and reconciled against sales revenue. Detailed statements are submitted four weeks in arrears ensuring complete customer confidence.
