How can I get the best machine at the least cost?
-
Through a detailed discussion with one of our representatives -He/she will need to know the number of people who will be using the machine in order to set the vendprice accordingly.
Is it possible to have a no cost vending service?
-
Yes - but it depends entirely on volumes and selling prices for your drinks, and if your volumes are low it is highly unlikely. If drink prices are too expensive, people simply drink less in our experience!
Why should I go for operated vending instead of doing it myself?
-
If you are providing drinks to a workforce of more than 50, it is usually more cost-effective to have an operated service. Not only does it free up your staff's time, it removes any need to manage the stock, store the ingredients and more importantly, account for VAT for monies taken!
What if my machine breaks down?
-
One call to our service department will set in motion a prompt and professional response to any problem. Please see the section on service for more specific data on response times and fault rectification.
Are you the cheapest?
-
No. There will always be a number of new entrants to the market, usually operating out of small premises with few overheads, on tight budgets and with little engineering support. Unfortunately, the benefits of cheaper costs occasionally take precedence in a buyers mind, and a true comparison between suppliers is not made. Many have chosen us for a professional service they can rely on.
What control do I have over product selection?
-
Our professional caterers rotate products on a regular basis to ensure the most popular choices are always present, but also to introduce new selections. They would be delighted to discuss any specific requests.
Can I have a food machine on a trial basis?
-
This will depends on your size and also whether you are taking a drinks machine also - we know from experience if a food machine is likely to be worthwhile and if we're unsure, a trial would be suggested.
How can I be sure of your best attention at all times - not only when you're trying to win my business?
-
Our Customer Charter gives you the names of our Service Manager, Operations Manager and Customer Services Manager, and all would be happy to take a call from you should you so wish. However, we try to ensure all employees are focussed on customer satisfaction, and as such welcome any feedback - positive or negative.
