Refreshment Systems Ltd is a vending business with three distinct divisions specialising in specific marketplaces.

Northern Vending Services is a vending business which meets the needs of larger businesses requiring a fully managed – operated - service for their workforce. Supplying a full range of vending machines including hot drinks, hot and cold drinks, water coolers , cans and snack, food machines and microwaves, these machines are visited by an NVS operative on a carefully evaluated schedule, removing any day to day responsibility for filling and cleaning from the client. Machines can be coin, card or cashless, and there is a range of flexible finance packages to suit most budgets. Machines supplied are from a variety of manufacturers, including Westomatic, Stentorfield, Kenco Maas, and N & W amongst others. The latest high volume bean to cup machines also feature in the wide range of machines available.

There is also a large range of smaller machines to suit office/board room environments, dispensing bean to cup style coffees and quality teas.

Quality branded ingredients – as selected by our customers – are used in these machines. Drinks choices include PG Tips, Twinings, Kenco, Nescafe and a number of Fairtrade options. Food and snack machines , often used to complement a cafeteria or provide the solution for when employees require refreshments, are also filled with a variety of branded snacks and drinks – including healthy options (low fat, low carbohydrate) alongside Fairtrade and organic choices.

The Drincup vending business specialises in the DIY marketplace, where usually cost-effective solutions are sought for smaller workforces and customers. Here, Drincup supplies, services (and repairs if necessary) all equipment and provide all ingredients. The customer manages the machine themselves, filling and cleaning as required.

From bean-to-cup style table top coffee machines to larger volume machines dispensing both instant style drinks alongside freshly ground coffees, this division has a large range of modern and reliable equipment. Hot drinks machines include: in-cup, table-top, free-standing, can base units, capsule and systems style.

Amongst others, we currently supply Kenco Singles, Kenco K-Bar Darenth, Zanussi, Matrix, Azkoyen, and Nestle Lioness. However, the range is much more extensive, and constantly updated. Additionally, point of use water coolers, can machines and snack and can machines are supplied.
Cappresso Coffee focuses on providing coffee machines for semi-public areas – where high quality drinks are sold to consumers, or offered to clients as part of a superior service culture – customers include automotive showrooms, bars, restaurants, hotels, golf clubs, coffee shops, beauty salons and hair salons. Typically impressive-looking systems –style machines are sought to complement a modern environment, dispensing espresso-style drinks.

Additionally Drincup and Cappresso supply a wide range of ingredients to meet all your vending requirements– leading brands of tea and coffee - PG Tips, Kenco Singles Twinings, Kenco coffees, Nescafe and Fairtrade options and also a number of healthy snacks and confectionery items including low carbohydrate and low fat options.
