Businesses with fewer staff or customers usually look to provide drinks and snacks for staff and customers on a self operated basis, whereby Drincup, a second division of Refreshment Systems Ltd , provides cost-effective vending solutions.

This D-I-Y solution is when vending machines are supplied, serviced and repaired, (if required), by us but filled and cleaned by a member of the customers workforce. Ingredients usage is monitored also by us, and an ingredients ordering facility is available – by phone, fax or on-line providing an extensive range of products including leading brands of tea and coffee – PG Tips, Twinings, Kenco, Nescafe and Fairtrade options alongside leading brands of snacks and confectionary including low carbohydrate and low fat options.

Usually a hot drinks machine is supplied with a can base unit, thereby providing a wider range of cold drinks, and often a snack machine sits alongside. Point of use water coolers are also popular – more cost-effective than bottled as they are mains-supplied – and much more hygienic. Again, machines are supplied by Kenco, Darenth, Azkoyen, Matrix, Zanussi, Classic etc

Choices range again from traditional style instant machines to sophisticated espresso drinks machines with integrated grinding of fresh coffee beans. Machines such as the Kenco K-bar are even capable of delivering both styles of drinks from the same machine, in a choice of plastic and paper cups.
