It is used by our largest operational division – Northern Vending, and it monitors all activities performed by our service operators in real time. Electronic data is downloaded direct from a machine and sent to our Head Office via GPS technology. Real time collation of information helps us to ensure machines are visited when they should be, and that changes to local usage and corresponding visits requirements are quickly altered.
