Crucial to the smooth running of a managed vending service, our large Operations team is recognised as "the face of the company" and usually serves as your main point of contact with us.

Most vending machine suppliers provide an operated vending service, but few invest as heavily in technology to support this operation, as Refreshment Systems. Our powerful software ensures that all of our Operational staff are equipped with handheld terminals which record all customer visit details, including arrival/ departure times; vend data and stock usage from each individual machine.

This reduces paperwork and enables real time analysis on stock lines - we know with certainty whether machines are being filled, cleaned and stocked in line with pre-set guidelines, and can take action accordingly.

Technology enables us to see where issues need addressing - however, teamwork and correct training and management are vitally important to our operation.

With a managed vending service, the business of dispensing beverages, confectionery and food is covered by strict hygiene regulations. As such, all our operatives are:
