Customers have the right to expect that their vending equipment is backed up with prompt and professional servicing. Similarly, customers like to be absolutely confident that, if things go wrong, they’ll be put right again. Unreliable vending machines are the surest way (after pay cuts) to irritate your staff.

That’s why we do everything to minimise the possibility of things going wrong by making sure each machine has been thoroughly checked prior to delivery.

No vending operator can eliminate down time altogether, but it you’re one of our customers you’ll enjoy the back up of a team of highly qualified and vastly experienced service engineers, based all over the country.

Each engineer is linked via blackberry phones to a dedicated Service Coordinator at Head Office, who allocates machine repairs as they come in, to ensure the swiftest possible response. At present, we’re attend 100% of vending equipment faults within 8 working hours, and the vast majority in less than 4.

All Engineers carry 97% of machine spares, giving us an enviable ‘first time fix rate’. Currently we’re fixing all faults, first time on almost 93% of visits.
