Our newly created customer care team needs one more member to be able to provide the service required by our valued customers – businesses and organisation throughout the UK which use us as their provider of choice for drinks and snacks vending and coffee machines.
Aiming to provide an efficient and professional service to both those customers and internal users, we rely heavily on systems and real-life data, and now need a proactive and IT literate individual to complete the team.
As a whole, the team has many responsibilities, and you will be expected to demonstrate a flexible approach and get involved in anything the team does. You will also have your own focus, for which you are responsible. There’s plenty of opportunity to show what you are capable of and develop strong skills.
You could be answering the phone as customers ring in with machine faults and then allocating one of our field engineers to attend and repair….you might be investigating cash discrepancies between live data on machines and the cash we have received in the bank….you could be assisting with redrawing up the machine visit schedule for one of our machine operators as we gain a major new customer and need to readjust workloads…..or you could be helping create reports on key quantitative measures for internal management.
The role is varied and you won’t have the opportunity to get bored!
You need to be a strong communicator and be able to remain calm and professional at all times. You should be customer focussed (at least 18 months in a customer-facing environment) and be continually looking to improve relationships.
You must be IT literate (strong Microsoft excel and word skills).
The ability to multi-task and bring enthusiasm and energy to this office-based role.
Ideally – but not essentially educated to degree level
