  • Contactless devices – installed on all machines (including “touchless” in our new era). The Nayax Onyx system is an industry-leading device that offers customers a simple and seamless experience. This teamed with the Monyx payment app enables you to offer discounts and loyalty schemes to staff and loyal customers.
  • Telemetry enablement – meaning fully stocked enticing machines for our customers. With 30% faster stocking, increases in sales of at least 15%, and optimised product selection.
  • Remote fault reporting – With built-in telemetry, any machine faults will be alerted in real-time to our Customer Care Team, who can immediately dispatch an Engineer or Operative to the site (dependent on the error/fault type).
  • Auto Ordering – with tabletop coffee machines and coffee-to-go towers we offer an auto ordering service, saving you time and money by streamlining the process. This is fully integrated with our warehouse system and means that new stock is automatically shipped to the site, once the machine hits a pre-determined threshold.
