What to think about before you order

Cup size has to match the machine's dispense volume, not the other way round. A 12oz cup under a machine set for 8oz gives a drink that looks half-made; the fix is usually a setting rather than a different cup, and we will change it on the service visit if you tell us which cup you have moved to.

Compostable is not the same as recyclable and neither is the same as having somewhere for it to go. A compostable cup in a general waste stream composts no better than a plastic-lined one, so the choice worth making is the one your waste contractor can actually process — we are happy to talk to them directly rather than sell you the greener-sounding option.

Cleaning products are the ones to keep in stock rather than order reactively. Descaler and cleaning tablets are specified per machine type, and using a supermarket alternative in a commercial machine is the most common reason a service claim gets refused. They are cheap, they last, and they are on the same delivery as everything else.
