Everyday tea is bought by the thousand and the only decisions that matter are strength and whether it is string-and-tag. One-cup bags in a bulk case are the cheapest way to serve a staff room; enveloped bags cost more per cup and are the right answer for meeting rooms, hotel bedrooms and anywhere a bag sits in a saucer.

Speciality — green, peppermint, fruit — moves far more slowly than everyday tea, so buy it in the smallest case you can rather than the cheapest per unit. A box of fruit tea that takes eleven months to clear is not a saving.

Everything here is shelf-stable for a year or more unopened, which means the constraint is storage rather than dating. If a site has nowhere to put a full case, we can split deliveries across the service visits instead of sending it all at once.
