Everything that goes in the spirals. Crisps and confectionery still pay for the machine; the healthier range is what stops the machine being the thing your wellbeing policy has to apologise for.

Choosing
A snack machine works best on a spread rather than a bestseller list. Around half confectionery, a quarter crisps and a quarter healthier lines is where most of our sites settle — the healthier lines sell more slowly per facing but they are the reason the machine survives the next wellbeing review.
Pack size is a merchandising decision as much as a cost one. A grab bag and a standard bag sell to different people at different times of day, and a machine stocked only with the cheaper unit takes less money per vend than one carrying both.
Dating is the thing to watch. Confectionery is forgiving and crisps are not; a site that turns over slowly should be stocked with fewer facings of more lines rather than a full column of anything. Telemetry flags slow columns before the stock reaches its date, which is the point of it.
