Monyx Wallet
Turn everyday purchases into rewards
Monyx Wallet is Nayax's customer-facing payment and loyalty app.
Customers can use the app at participating Nayax-enabled machines to make purchases, manage prepaid balances, view transactions and access promotions created specifically for that location or vending estate.
For RSL customers, this creates opportunities to turn a normal vending purchase into a more engaging loyalty experience.

RSL Card
Through Monyx Wallet, we have a RSL digital card that customers can add to their account and use across participating Refreshment Systems machines. This gives us the opportunity to work with organisations to help create a bespoke rewards programme without introducing a separate physical loyalty system.

What is a Nayax card reader?
Nayax is a cashless payment system designed for unattended retail, allowing customers to pay quickly and securely at vending machines.
What payment methods does Nayax accept?
Nayax supports contactless debit and credit cards, as well as mobile payments such as Apple Pay and other NFC-enabled wallets.
Can Nayax be added to an existing vending machine?
In many cases, yes. Nayax can be fitted to compatible existing machines as well as installed on new vending equipment.
Does Nayax only process payments?
No. Nayax can also provide sales data, telemetry, machine monitoring and customer loyalty features through its connected platform.
How are refunds processed?
If a customer experiences an issue, such as a failed vend, RSL can locate the transaction through the Nayax platform and issue a full or partial refund. Card refunds are returned to the original payment method, while Monyx Wallet users can receive instant digital credit to use at participating machines.
