Will VendSmart Connect work with the machines we already have?
No. VendSmart Connect is only available on VendSmart vending machines. Existing machines would need to be upgraded or replaced with a VendSmart model to access the platform.
What can I see through VendSmart Connect?
You can view machine performance, sales, stock levels, faults and reporting from one central platform.
Can I manage multiple machines from one place?
Yes. VendSmart Connect gives you visibility across your connected VendSmart estate, helping you manage multiple machines from one dashboard.
How does it improve restocking?
Restocking is based on actual sales and stock data, helping reduce unnecessary visits and keep popular products available.
Can I update screen content remotely?
Yes. Promotions, advertising and customer messaging can be updated remotely across your VendSmart machines.
What happens if a machine develops a fault?
