Cleaning your Vitro S1 bean-to-cup machine
The daily clean that keeps a Vitro S1 working properly: rinse, empty the grounds, clean the mixing bowls and wipe down. About five minutes.

Before you start
Leave the machine switched on. The rinse cycles need power and hot water, and switching off at the wall can leave milk in the lines.
Every day
- Run the rinse cycle from the cleaning menu.
- Take out the grounds bin, empty it and rinse it under the tap.
- Remove and rinse the mixing bowls and whipper parts.
- Empty the drip tray and wipe the dispense area.
Once a week
- Wipe inside the door with a damp cloth.
- Check the bean hopper for oily residue and wipe it out if you see any.
Using fresh milk?
Fresh milk machines need their milk system cleaned at the end of every day, not once a week. Your machine will prompt you.
